Prior to joining Couch White, Chip defended the City of Chicago, Chicago Police Officers and other state/municipal entities in Federal Civil Rights Litigation and employment matters. Chip’s experience includes a number of years as an associate with a law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation in New York City, Westchester County and Connecticut.
