Erika assists the Energy Practice Group in a variety of matters, such as analyzing ongoing energy policy proceedings at both the state and federal level, conducting due diligence reviews for energy projects, analyzing state and federal permitting and siting requirements for energy projects, and drafting energy purchase agreements.

Erika assists the Litigation Practice Group by advising clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. She routinely advises construction companies, including general contractors and subcontractors in contract disputes and other matters.

She also assists attorneys in a wide range of other research and drafting assignments.

  • Intern to Hon. Rachel L. Kretser (Ret.), Chair of the Third Judicial District Gender Fairness Committee.
  • Teaching Assistant in Constitutional Law and Torts at Albany Law School of Union University.
