Emma is an attorney who supports the Renewable Energy Transactions practice group across multiple aspects, including conducting due diligence for renewable energy projects, reviewing real estate and title issues, reviewing permitting and siting requirements, and drafting and negotiating energy purchase agreements and other related agreements to facilitate successful project transactions and project development.
Additionally, Emma advises corporate clients and commercial entities on a diverse array of corporate, business, and transactional matters, including entity formation and management, commercial real estate transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, loan structuring, and comprehensive corporate governance and compliance support.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma served as in-house counsel at Key Capture Energy, where she was lead counsel on real estate and development matters, as well as leading all legal work pertaining to vendor contracting, intellectual property and corporate governance. She played a key role in the 2021 recapitalization with SK E&S.
