Couch White conducts red flag and full due diligence reviews of all documents reflecting site control, ensuring all documentation conforms to the rigorous standards required for purchasing of renewable projects, as well as tax equity investment. We work with title insurance companies during all stages of review to ensure the MIPA closing and financial closing of projects about to be constructed or completely constructed are not delayed.
