At Couch White, litigation for not-for-profit clients generally involves lawyers who understand the not-for-profit’s structure and motivations working with seasoned litigators who are experienced in all aspects of administrative and civil litigation in state and federal courts and have extensive subject matter knowledge on a broad range of issues.
