• Estate planning: We help clients create an estate plan that addresses estate and gift transfer taxes and family dynamics, with the goal of streamlining administration upon death and retaining wealth over multiple generations.  Where necessary, your plan will dovetail expertly with corporate succession documents.
• Charitable planning & formation of private foundations: Our team provides advice with respect to all types of charitable gifts, including charitable trusts, formation of private foundations, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Trust and Estate Administration: We represent executors and trustees appointed to administer the estates and trusts of loved ones who have passed. If business assets are included in the estate or trust, our team will also manage the conveyance of such interests with the preparation of all necessary corporate documents and certificates.
