Joel M. Howard III was honored on May 21 by the Eastern Contractors Association with the 2024 ECA Special Recognition Award for providing more than 50 years of legal advice and service to the construction industry. Joel has been an member of the ECA since 1983, provided counsel to the ECA, and served four terms on their Board of Directors.
Joel has been with Couch White, LLP since its inception in 1988 and has been a steadfast leader in our Construction and Litigation Practice Areas. His decades of dedication and excellence as an attorney for the construction industry have truly made a lasting impact and this recognition is a testament to Joel’s hard work, integrity, and unwavering commitment.
