Counsel’s Corner in New York Materials Matter Magazine – There Goes Chevron

Alita Giuda and Couch White’s 2024 summer associate, Colin Wind, a 3L at Albany Law School, are featured in the Counsel’s Corner of the New York Materials Matters magazine. In the article, they highlight the recent United States Supreme Court case, Loper Bright Enters., Inc. v.
