In Michael’s previous roles, he advised clients on compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act and permitting under various federal, state and local environmental laws, codes, and regulations. He also assisted clients on compliance with the State’s Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, and Environmental Justice program requirements.
