As the situation related to COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to assure you that Couch White remains open, fully operational and able to meet our clients’ needs. That being said, we have made the decision that it is in the best interest of our clients and our employees to reduce our office density and institute a remote workplace policy effective this Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

All of our attorneys, professionals and staff have full capabilities to work remotely.  As COVID-19 spread globally, we dedicated time and attention to ensuring our business continuity with your needs in mind.  As a result of these efforts, attorneys, professionals and staff working remotely have (1) full document and system access to electronic files and records required to provide legal services, (2) seamless access to email and voicemail and (3) starting later this week, office call rollover to individual attorney mobile phones.  The Firm intends to keep the Albany office open on an as-needed basis subject to any change in local conditions or governmental directives.
